Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account with sviv8. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or using accounts belonging to others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
sviv8 is committed to preventing fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and underage gambling. All users must complete KYC verification before making withdrawals. You will be required to submit clear copies of your Indonesian KTP, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face. Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours during business days. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is successfully completed.
sviv8 supports deposits and withdrawals through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia). We also accept Indonesian e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. You must deposit funds only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential balance confiscation.

All sports bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies. In the event of a match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time; otherwise, bets are voided and stakes refunded. sviv8 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started or if there is evidence of the outcome being known at the time of bet placement.

All content on the sviv8 platform, including logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and game designs, are the exclusive property of sviv8 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, with proceedings conducted in Indonesian or English language.
sviv8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect or have evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, money laundering, underage gambling, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled according to official results, and any remaining balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, chargebacks, or disputed amounts.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
